It started in 2003, and it has opened several outlets all over our prata-loving island. This prata place serves the usual classic flavours but also have some really interesting twists.



Featuring the Plaster Blaster! Now before you yell out what the heck, this combination is legit. It is prata topped with turkey ham, poached egg and hollandaise sauce; just like eggs benedict! If you want a spicier kick, you can opt or the Masala Plaster Blaster which is similar to regular version but with masala hollandaise sauce. Cut open the oozy, perfectly poached egg. This is food porn right there.


Take this fusion frenzy up a notch and try the Alfredo Pasta. This prata is stuffed with mushroom, rosemary smoked chicken, cheese and alfredo sauce. It is almost like the Alfredo pasta only in prata form.


If you don’t feel like eating rich tasting food but want something out of the ordinary, go for the Umami 50 prata. Filled with tasty umami ingredients like cheese, chicken floss and Japanese mayo, one bite of this prata and you will be ordering seconds or even thirds!
