Fried Mochi Donut with Soft Serve

@ Brother Bird

Stateland café, a rather popular hangout place especially among the younger crowds. Their café offers many modern, creative and insta-worthy food. The owner of Stateland café couldn’t get enough of his unique creation and started “Brother Bird”.

Brother Bird specialises in flavoured soft serves that are subjected to availability on a rotational basis. However, what stands out at Brother Bird would be their mochi donuts with soft serve. The captivating appearance of the dessert is enough to fill your stomach. Do not even get me started on the taste of it.

As expected, we had to get the Signature Fried Mochi Donut with Soft Serve. We got the cookie butter soft serve, topped with almond crunch and berries. YUM!
The donut was warm and chewy, and it did not get soggy even after the ice cream had melted. I am not a fan of sweet tasting ice cream. Hence their ice cream fits my taste buds just right.

Well, of course, other than the excellent taste of the dessert, the environment of the cafe have to be good. Brother Bird is located in the same shophouse as Stateland cafe (look for the Stateland cafe signboard).

It is a 2 storey industrial-themed cafe. The superb decoration of the place made it a beautiful place to chill.
