3x Lobster Main Course to be given away at Pince & Pints

Celebrate Singapore’s 52nd National Day with Pince & Pints’ new dishes

In the spirit of Singapore’s 52nd Birthday, Pince & Pints Restaurant and Bar is launching two new lobster dishes to their menu. This time, they are adding a special twist on everyone’s favourite meat-and-patty combinations, The Lobster Burger, and a dish closer to the local palate, the Lobster Noodles.

Lobster Burger ($42 ++)

I have never eaten a patty like this. Chunky, juicy and well-marinated lobster meat can be found in every bite. The patty is sealed twice with cling film to retain its moisture and chilled for a day. Much attention is paid to the creation of the perfect patty.

The burger is made of flavour-packed patty sitting in the lap of two luscious potato buns. Crispy sweet potato fries, coleslaw and three different house-made dipping sauces (lobster garlic butter, spicy tomato and wasabi mayo) help complete the meal.

This hearty Lobster Burger is something not to be missed.

Lobster Noodles ($58 ++)
Homemade deep-fried egg noodles (texture similar to that of e-mian without the taste of plastic) with generous chunks of shell-on fresh lobster, stir-fried with ginger and scallions in superior broth. For the extra kick and “shiok-ness” make sure you eat your noodles with their house-made sambal chilli.

As a homage to the Chinese culture, Pince & Pints is serving their customers something different this time, using noodles as a sign of longevity.

Pince & Pints Restaurant and Bar has gained much attention with their fresh lobster dishes since they started in 2014, winning countless awards. Here are some of the other must eat menu items.

Lobster Roll ($58 ++)

This is a simple dish with a lot of personality. Their lobster is marinated with Japanese mayonnaise and crystallised sea salt and black pepper.

Did I also mention that I love their buns? This restaurant gets their bread fresh daily from a nearby bakery; it is specifically made for Pince & Pints and not sold anywhere else, offering customers a truly unique lobster experience.

Steamed Lobster ($58 ++)

Simplicity is the best. The fresh live lobster is steamed without marination allowing you to taste the natural sweetness of the lobster.

If you are curious as to how fresh Pince and Pints lobster are, you can give this dish a try.

Grilled Lobster ($58 ++)

Perfect for someone who loves barbeque and the taste of grilled food. The smell of this dish is just overwhelming; the scent of this mouth-watering lobster can be smelt from miles away.

I personally prefer the Steamed Lobster as I could taste the freshness and sweetness of the lobster.

Chilli Lobster ($58 ++)

Imagine chilli crab but with a Lobster instead of a crab. The sauce for this dish is very thick and flavourful. Just like other plates of chilli crab, the sauce isn’t fully spicy, offering tangs of sweetness. What’s interesting is that the sweetness of the sauce came from the lobster itself, and you can definitely taste that difference.

Nothing can go wrong with wild-caught, air-flown lobsters which are skillfully handled and stored in salt water tanks all the way from Boston, Maine or Canada.

Celebrate Singapore’s 52nd Birthday with Pince & Pints as they launch their two new dishes, lobster burger and lobster noodle, being the first of its kind in Singapore. Expressing their patriotic spirit, they would also be giving away 3x Lobster main course!
